The Government of Western Australia Department of Health has partnered with Instantis authorized reseller, Consulcad, to assist with the design, launch and on-going management of its newly consolidated Project Management Office (PMO). EnterpriseTrack™ PMO Edition provides the technology infrastructure. The Department provides health care services to 2.3 million people and is responsible for implementing an IT project portfolio consisting of over 80 complex IT projects and a $50 million annual budget. The team of Consulcad and Instantis successfully integrated two previous PMOs -- each with its own project focus, personnel, practices and tools -- into a single office and introduced common tools, methods and systems to deliver a range of PMO services for major projects.
